This is a large corner unit, located on the south side of the north building, with an additional picture window to let in plenty of light. With and open concept floor plan, you will enjoy stunning panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom.

Recently renovated, 505 features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, full-size appliances, tile floors throughout, large walk-in showers, and ceiling fans. This unit is fully furnished, including a washer and dryer, and free WiFi and local calls. 505 is dog friendly!

Seabreeze Beach Resort features two large beachfront pools, one heated in the cooler months. There is a hot tub to relax in after a morning walk on the beach, or at the end of your day. The large private balcony is a great place to enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, and in the evening the front door opens to a view of the spectacular Laguna Madre bay sunsets. We love the Seabreeze Beach Resort. This year we stayed in 505. Located right on the beach, it provides breath-taking views of the Gulf, especially from the upper floors. Several condos are pet-friendly, which allows us to accommodate our two small dogs.The units where we’ve stayed are not fancy, but quite well-appointed, very comfortable, and recently updated. The staff members are friendly and professional. And the prices are reasonable, considering the location and amenities.We have been making regular visits to the Seabreeze for many years and have no reason to look any further for our SPI accommodations.

We stayed in 505 & was very happy with our choice. We liked the huge shower in the master & the gorgeous views from the balcony for our evening cocktails. It's our first time coming to SPI & it will NOT be our last for sure. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for making our short getaway memorable.

We loved the Seabreeze. We were in 505 and had relatives in 504 and 601. All rooms were just great. The beach at this location is phenomenol. My only warning would be to watch that 5pm close time for the office! We cut it close. But the staff was great, everything clean, clean, clean, lots of extras, great location for everything. You can't beat this for a fun time.

505 is really nice. They are clean and have everything you could need. The access to the great, very FUN beach is just supreme. Room views are just as described - great views, nice balconies...ah, coffee on the balcony! Food and grocery store very, very close. Unit 303 is less than desirable but just do your homework because overall, this is a great vacation spot. Do note that the office closes at 5pm so be sure you're there on time or call ahead to get directions on how to retrive your key & parking pass from the onsite lock box.
