"This condo exceedingly met my expectations and was very welcoming. It felt like it ws my home away from home for vacay and I highly 10/10 recommend your stay here. Affordable, comfortable, spacious and just an all around very satisfying stay! When looking for a place to book while in the island of south padre, I recommend this be the first on your list!

SUPER CUTE COZY CONDO ON THE BEACH

"This condo was so cute and SO cozy! It was the perfect spot for a girls getaway! The balcony overlooks the beach and it is GORGEOUS! The pool area is very accommodating with a heated pool, a non heated pool and a hot tub! It has easy access to the beach which was so convenient for my girls and I! The hosts are so great too! Very nice people! If you’re looking for a cute comfy home away from home for a Texas beach vacation, this is definitely the place to stay! I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful sunrise views over the ocean

"This is my second time staying in unit 401. The unit has everything you need for kitchen cooking and entertainment. The view from the balcony it’s beautiful from inside and out. We will definitely return and request the same unit. It was very clean and spacious. It was right on the beach.

Clean, roomy & comfortable

"We stayed in 401, which is a corner room. We loved everything about the room and the view. The condo had everything we needed, clean, roomy and comfortable. We like the location of the condo and the ease getting to the beach. Everyone in the office are friendly, polite and very helpful. We had one little problem with the key opening our door and they sent someone right up and he was nice and took care of it immediately. We plan to return next year and book the same room. Our stay was very enjoyable. Oh, did I say how wonderful it is to sit on the balcony watching the sun rise and drinking coffee!

"I took 2 of my 3 sisters to my future home of SPI :) mid October. We stayed in 401. We had a FABULOUS time. Even though we had planned some sightseeing off the island, we NEVER crossed the bridge until we had to head home. The balcony and the very close walk to the beach are awesome. The pools are a perfect plus. This was my 2nd stay at Seabreeze. I am dreaming of my 3rd! Having everything you need in a home for vacation is perfect for me. My only complaint was the very low water pressure in both showers, and the master bath needed the diverter replaced.

A delightful stay

"We have stayed in Port Aransas for 25 years. Since Hurricane Harvey knocked out all their condos till June, 2018, we started looking at So. Padre Island. When we "found" the Seabreeze Beach Resort, for Jan. 7-12, you only had one first floor room left. We reserved it.
Before we arrived, a cancellation allowed us to stay in 401 a corner, 2 bedroom, 4th floor unit. The room had been remodeled in the last year. Everything was new & nice. My wife is a great cook, and was surprised to find this unit Fully equipped, with First Class essentials. Not a typical condo rental.
The view was great. The room was great. The only "unique" feature is a 4 poster bed that is so high off the floor, that it has step stools to help short people get up and in...and down.
The two young ladies in the office (Janet & Daisy), could not have been more friendly and helpful. It was their efforts that got us from a one bed first floor unit to a luxury 4th floor unit. That made our stay so delightful, that we may give up Port Aransas, and drive the extra 140 miles to the Seabreeze!

Loved This Place

"We work with the owner and were his guests. We could not have found this condo to be any better for our stay. The location and view of beach was outstanding! The washer/dryer was a great bonus, since we got to pack all of our clean clothes for our trip home. We also used the pool one day and it's perfect for anyone that wants the serene view of ocean but not all of the sun. Part of the pool is shaded much of the day and entire pool is typically shaded by about 3:30. The overall building was quiet and other than one night of the upstairs neighbor rolling a suitcase or something back and forth, that was the only noise we heard. I am already trying to figure out when I can return and rent this unit! Loved it.
