It provides a fresh, modern look for discerning guests. The open format living/dining/kitchen area provides the perfect entertaining space with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, for spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner unit offers unique features, such as an extra-large balcony with panoramic views of the beach, and a furnished bayside patio for sunset views. Other amenities include a wet bar with wine fridge, breakfast bar, smart TVs in each room, and laundry room.
Seabreeze has two pools, one of which is heated, a hot tub, and barbecue area. Everything you need to make memories that last a lifetime!

"I recently stayed in condo 308 and found it to be absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The furnishings were top of the line. They also had a wonderful kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. The appliances were high end, and also have a full sized washer and dryer. My favorite part of the condo were the two large sliding doors on to the balcony which gave the most beautiful view of the beach. I highly recommend condo 308 for a very relaxing get away. Felt just like a 5 star hotel.

"We loved our stay at Seabreeze Condos, Unit 308! The condo was beautifully decorated with stylish, welcoming furniture that made it easy for our whole group to relax comfortably. The beds were incredibly cozy and provided the perfect restful sleep after fun-filled days of sand and sun. The kitchen was well-furnished and had everything we needed to prepare delicious homemade meals, which we enjoyed with the most stunning beach backdrop. It was also very family-friendly—our toddler could run around freely, and the furniture was thoughtfully chosen with no sharp corners, which gave us peace of mind. The location couldn’t have been better. We had easy access to both the beach and the pools, where we could enjoy a refreshing cool dip or relax in the warm pool. Everything about this condo made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

"Comfortable and sophisticated setup with all the necessities and more. Great location with options for beach, heated pool, unheated pool, or hot tub all a few steps away.. Definitely a dream vacation spot. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Beach Condo

"this was our first time staying in this condo and we cannot see why we would ever stay anywhere else in the future! The condo appears to be entirely redecorated and looks incredible. We really enjoyed the big balcony and all the amenities. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and worked great. Plenty of room to store all of your clothes and toiletries. The beach is only steps away. The ability to have your chairs and umbrella set up for you ahead of time makes everything so convenient! The beach is beautiful, clean and everyone in the area is so friendly and inviting. So much to do! The location is close to so many great restaurants, coffee, shops, and shopping venues.! Will definitely be back soon….

The best condo we’ve ever stayed in!

"Since we live in Brownsville, Texas, we go to the island often and have stayed in numerous condos at different properties. We have stayed at a different condo at Seabreeze, and seen 3 more condos there . By far the best condo is #308 at Seabreeze! It has been recently remodeled and has luxurious furniture, linen and top of the line kitchen ware. The bar in the living room is an elegant touch. We will never stay anywhere else.

"We recently stayed in Condo 308 and it was awesome! The condo was beautiful. The bedrooms were large and comfortable for our family of six. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and like five-star hotel accommodations. The kitchen was updated with modern, new appliances, and matching place settings for large groups. The dining table was large enough to play family games. The living room had new furniture, artwork and beautiful beach-style decor. Being a corner condo, the balcony provided more privacy, more space, and was furnished for large groups. The views were extensive and spectacular. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Simply beautiful!

"We stayed at this condo for four nights and it did not disappoint. The whole unit has been remodeled and everything was so beautiful, light and airy. The view was spectacular. You could watch the sunrise and sunset. The balcony was huge and had a nice glass of wine out there nightly. The condo has everything you will ever need as far as kitchen essentials. We ate out most nights but used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Do yourself a favor and spend some time in the newly, updated, renovated condo.

"My wife and I have stayed in this unit 2017,2018,2019,2020, missed 2021 because of CO-VID, 2022,2023,2024. We started at two months, and for the last three years we have stayed for three months. we are very satisfied with this unit. It is well laid out. The beach view is excellent. Both balconies are very nice as well. The entire office staff, and maintenance staff are top notch. We have it rented for 2025 for 3 months. We have stayed at this complex for 17 years and we always look forward to coming back. My wife and I feel like it is our home away from home. Thank you very much for everything.

Great Condo

"We stayed for 10 days in 308, it was great. Overall the entire complex is very nice, clean and the new administration has made some good changes. People working there are really nice. We hope we can enjoy again next year!! Thank you for our great experience!!
