Much Needed Renovations

Seabreeze Beach Resort is undergoing much needed renovations September 12th through December 23rd

The renovations include:

  • Spall repairs
    • Jackhammering noise and vibrations from concrete walkways, stairs and walls
    • Relocating guests to an alternate room, other than the one booked, may be required
    • September 12, 2024 through December 23, 2024
  • Pool repair
    • Both pools and the hot tub will be renovated
    • The pools will not be available for use from October 28, 2024 through November 15, 2024
  • Elevator repairs
    • The elevator may not be accessible during your stay. However, the stairs and elevators will not be under repair at the same time. One or the other will be operational
  • AC platform repairs
    • The platforms under the ac condensers will be repaired.
      • Your condo’s air conditioner may be temporarily out of service
      • Every effort will be made to accommodate our guests

The work is being done to the parking lot side of the building. The condominiums themselves will not be affected by these repairs. There is no work being done to the beach side of the building. The balconies will be fully accessible. The views from the balconies will not be obstructed. The beach is also fully accessible.

The work will begin at 9 am and end at 5 pm from Monday through Saturday. No work will be allowed on Sundays. Seabreeze Beach Resort will apply a 20% discount to all impacted reservations as compensation. No additional compensation will be considered. Reservations with the booking prior to September 12, 2024 that arrive during the renovations that prefer to reschedule or cancel, can do so by contacting the office.
