OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Daily

LATE ARRIVAL: Please notify office on DAY OF ARRIVAL
if arriving after 5:00 PM

CHECK-IN:
3:00 PM
CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM
LATE CHECK-OUT: Subject to 1/2 day charge


RESERVATIONS: Confirmed only upon receipt of advance deposit within 10 days of booking the reservation or it will be canceled. If a unit is confirmed by deposit, we will not hold the unit beyond the scheduled arrival date, unless notified.

RENTAL PAYMENT: Balance of payment is due upon check-in, payable with cash, personal check (proper I.D. required), or traveler's checks. All major credit cards are accepted except American Express.
There will be $35.00 charge for any returned check plus bank fees.

REFUND: If a reservation must be canceled, a fee of $75 will be charged. Deposits refunded only if canceled 30 days prior to arrival date. There is no refund for early departure.

RESTRICTIONS: Some units do not allow pets or smoking. Please inform us at the time you make your reservation if you have a pet with you. You may be required to move if a pet is found in your condo and it is a unit that does not allow pets.

EQUIPMENT: Cribs, playpens, highchairs and strollers - a limited number - are available at a charge of $2.50 to $5.00 per day. Reserve these items early to insure availability.

PETS: Pets are accepted with a maximum of 2 pets per condo. No pet is allowed in the pool areas. We have a beach access for pets North of our building. All pets are required to be on a leash, it is city ordinance. Any violations on pet policy is subject to eviction - No exceptions. Non refundable $50 - $150 pet fee.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: upon arrival a $300 cash security deposit will be required. Additional deposit of $2.50 per each wristband issued.
